1. APSKF Referee Sub-Committee will conduct the Referee Clinic and Examinations on the latest WKF competition rules as scheduled below:
   Date : 23 November 2007 (Friday)
   Time : 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Theory & examination)
   1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Practice & examination)
   Venue : Arena, 4/F. Lei Yue Mun Sports Centre
2. The entry fee is US$55, which covers the clinic fee, transportation to and from Official Hotel and venue, a Welcome Dinner on 21 November 2007, a lunch on 23 November 2007, and a participation certificate.
3. The examination fee is US$30, which covers the examination fee, the registration as APSKF Referee / Judge, and a registration certificate.
4. Each delegation is advised to send a minimum of TWO Referees / Judges to the Referee Clinic and Examinations to ensure that sufficient Referees / Judges will be available for the Championships.
5. All participants are required to wear the official uniforms with the new APSKF ties and emblems. The new APSKF ties and emblems can be purchased at the Event Office of the Official Hotel during office hours at the prices of US$15 and US$35 respectively.
6. All participants are required to bring along the latest WKF competition rules and whistles to the Referee Clinic.
7. All Referees / Judges for the Championships have to complete the Referee Clinic and obtain a recognized grade of APSKF Referee / Judge from the examination.
