- The Official Hotel is the Rambler Oasis Hotel at Tsing Yi Island, opened in November 2006.
- It takes about 5-10 minutes to the nearby mass transit railway (MTR) Tsing Yi Station by mini-bus.
- There is a supermarket, a fast food restaurant and a 24-hour convenient store nearby the hotel.
- The special room rate per twin-bedroom for two persons is US$80 per night (including 10% service charge and 3% government tax) without breakfast. This special rate is offered with the condition that confirmed orders with full payment are received on or before 15 August 2007. After the deadline but on or before 30 September 2007, the room rate will be slightly increased to US$90 per room per night without breakfast. Afterwards, there is no guarantee of any room to be available for reservation.
- All rooms are only for twin-sharing, no extra bed can be added.
- Breakfast boxes with sandwich, bread, fruit juice, boiled egg and seasonal fruit will be provided by advanced orders at only US$5 each. The ordered number of breakfast boxes will be delivered to the responsible person of each Delegation for distribution at around 7:00 a.m. everyday.
